The merger, initiated in early 2010, will take approximately 18 months to complete. This is a strong company that will only get stronger when the merger is finished.

Before long it will be no surprise if we start to see the unique tale designs of Frontier airlines begin showing up on Midwest planes. In 1994 Frontier began creating a different persona for its aircraft. They solely wanted to be different from any other carrier. Around this time is when we began to see some unique designs of wildlife themes on the planes. This strategy ultimately brought about advertising concepts used today. Now there are around 50 different animals that can be seen sprawled across the tales of their planes. It will be interesting to see if Frontier continues this tradition onto the Midwest flights.
